Dr. Katharina Kettner, founder of wave-concepts in Germany(2000) and Canada (2020) brings a unique set of capacities to the table. Outstanding experience working with people, combined with powerful Strategic Alliances, places our clients at the cutting edge of business.

 As an innovative Sr. Organizational Change Manager with over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing programs for corporate clients in Europe and Canada, Katharina has has spearheaded change in Mergers & Acquisitions, Innovation Initiatives and large Digital Transformations, including enterprise & portfolio CM and strategic planning. She also worked with start-ups, artists and in patent projects.

 Having learned consulting from scratch, she holds a PhD in Communication & Media and a certificate in Economy & Business Studies (Strategic Management, Organization & Leadership), as well as certifications in Coaching, Training, Change & Project Management (incl. Agile/SCRUM), and BPT Business Process Management.

Katharina is a strong facilitator, and an expert in organizational culture & leadership development.
